A: Carpets usually take 1-4 hours to dry completly depending on the type and thickness of the carpet.

A: A spot is a substance (mud, food, grease) that is adhered to the carpet fibre but has not become set. Spots are almost always removed by our normal carpet cleaning service. A stain is more advanced and may have become set, requiring additional treatment.

A: Our Carpet Cleaning process normally removes most spots and stains. However there will be some stains that are permanant. These stains could be lightened but not completly removed.

A: Aquasteam uses 100% eco friendly, child safe and pet safe cleaning agents. Therefore, all of the cleaning agents used are safe around children and pets.

A: Aquasteam recommends that domestic carpets be cleaned every 6-9 months to extend its useful life. We recommend that commercial carpets be cleaned every 3-6 months due to heavy traffic.

A: 10-15 minutes. Our carpet cleaning process essentially washes the carpet in its place. However, the backing, underlay or floorboards will not get wet.
