The Process:

Pre-vacuuming - Removes loose particles (This step is to be done before Aquasteam arrive to clean your carpets)Application of a eco-friendly, woolsafe, pet and child safe pre-spray that helps break down traffic area soil and general spots for a thorough clean and a fresher appearance. NB: Our primary cleaning solutions are safe for your kids and pets to be around as they contain no toxic or caustic chemicals and are made entirely out of foodsafe indgredients.Agitation of the pre-spray so that the cleaning solution is in contact with the soil.Hot Water Extraction - Clean the carpets using eco-friendly and safe cleaning solutions using a high torque hot water extraction system.Drying - carpets take up to 1 to 3 hours to dry completely, depending on the type, thickness,material of carpet and the degree of soiling and dirt.
Most carpets are dry by the time we leave.

Our general carpet cleaning is usually strong enough to remove most spots and stains. However, there may be stains that need specialised cleaning. These are excluded from the normal carpet cleaning packages and are charged seperately, if needed.
