Terms and Conditions

Our general carpet cleaning is usually strong enough to remove most spots and stains. However, there may be stains that need specialised cleaning. These are excluded from the normal carpet cleaning packages and are charged seperately if needed.

Prices displayed on this website applies to domestic properties only. Discounts are available on orders over £120.00.

Commercial properties are charged at approx. £2.00 per square meter (subject to minimum area). Please call for a quotation. Discounts are available on larger areas.

All offers, unless otherwise specified, are valid for 90 days.

Water, Electricity and Disposal
Water and Electricty must be provided by the customer. Waste water from the cleaning process will be disposed off into the customers drainage system.

Although most areas can be cleaned using our state-of-the-art equipment, it may be necessary to clean edges, corners and small rooms using the Manual Wand. Stairs are almost always cleaned using a manual wand.

Furniture
Before the arrival of Aquasteam cleaners, the rooms must be reasonable prepared for cleaning. Please note that small and large items of furniture cannot be moved by Aquasteam. Customers must ensure that all valuable items are moved away from edges of furniture in the areas to be cleaned.

Maintaining Clean Carpets
To maintain the carpets in good and healthy condition throughout its lifetime, we recommend that the carpets be professionally deep cleaned every 3-6 months.

Hot Water Extraction
Some carpets may not need hot water extraction due to the level of soiling or due to the material . We will use professional judgement to decide weather to use hot water in the cleaning process or not.

All quotes provided online, through email or phone are subject to change depending on the size of rooms, type of carpet, level of soiling and frequency of cleaning.

100% Organic and Eco cleaning agents used for the general carpet cleaning process. Specialist stain removers and stain shield protectors may not be 100% organic.
Prespray, Extraction Agents and Deoderisers are tested in a small inconspicuous area for colour fastness before use.

Aquasteam do not recommend the use of DIY water extraction carpet cleaning.
DIY carpet cleaning in the 3 months prior to Aquasteam cleaning your carpets will invalidate our Public Liability Insurance and therefore leave your carpets unprotected.
